Fusilli, vermicelli, capellini…yes, these are all pastas. But no, none of these (at least when dining a la Figo) come from a box. Every devilishly delicious carb is handmade along with the sauces that compliment it. The slanted roof opens up the interior to further lighten the atmosphere of this already warmly colored space. From the fungi to the Bolognese this family-friendly pasta stop has made us a believer in why carbs are a necessary evil.
