Salted cod in pickled jalepeños is notable, as are the striped bass and pan-seared scallops over tapioca. From land, there’s a kielbasa roll with mustard butter, and for dessert, sasparilla floats with hops ice cream. Cocktail menu is thorough, joined by craft beer and cider.
