The Exchange was once the LA stock exchange, built in 1929 (tough luck). They put in about a gajillion dollars remodeling it; now it's a huge cavern of excesses. Dance floor is the main event, balcony is reserved for tables, and the private room is, well, we'll see you there, okay?
