Editorial Review

Solid new wave Latino on a great, totally no longer scary Alphabet City corner. Warm-weather go-to for outdoor dining and stout caipirinhas. Wood and teal interior casual and engaging. Menu skews towards Brazil because who can resist a nation of tan, liposuctioned carnivores? Great steaks and chops, or tapas if you only pretend to eat. Esperanto speaks the universal language of food, liquor, and maybe something else if you don't pass out drunk first.
