With its own Brooklyn shop, online store, and exhibits at various locations in the five boroughs, this mayonnaise boutique is on its way to becoming a New York empire. And by mayonnaise shop, we do mean a shop that only sells mayonnaise - mayonnaise that is made with local eggs and seasonal, exotic flavors. Sold in retro-minimalist jars, the spread comes in such iterations as white truffle, chili mix, black garlic, and bacon. Which basically means that mayonnaise can finally be integrated (in a way that's societally acceptable) into your breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Empire, we love you.
