Editorial Review

The egg came first, but breakfast stalwart now serves dinner and chicken is the name of their game—a lot of it, and deep-fried. For trans-fat-fearing folk, noodles and wild mushroom or kale with dumpling soup populate shape-shifting menu. Bare white walls add the feel of a gallery stripped of its art just in time for supper. Seared skate satisfies, but the brainy bunch is here for the bird.
