Local mom and pop drop an American bistro on the Upper East. Follows the grass-fed herd with focus on local artisanal ingredients. Peaches and pork, cherries and duck, blueberries and mixed greens (when seasonally appropriate, of course). Trim bar follows suit with market-driven infusions, New York wine, regional brews. Clean contemporary space with reclaimed barn wood, antique mirrors, Edison bulbs. French doors in front another way of making the most of the seasons.
