Limited menu puts the focus on the beef, juicy patties flavored by salt and char. Also cooks up a few other comfort-food faves from the original DuMont, do not miss lardon-laden Boston bibb salad. Pricey for what it is, especially given the industrial aesthetic: small wood-decked dining area, gritty sidewalk table scene. Huge hit all the same, just watch the take-out counter cranking out an unending parade of burgers, fries, and shakes.
