New York » Bar » Brooklyn » Restaurant Bar
Calling all beer geeks. 250 brews from all corners of the Earth -- the usual suspects, plus a truckload of unknowns from Belgium to Brooklyn to Sri Lanka. Sri Lanka? Modeled after a Euro beer hall: long-bench communal scene, hops paraphernalia aplenty. Blaring TVs ain't chilling anything out, either. Food nods to Hungary with old-fashioned goulash, schnitzel, sausages. Hog knuckle -- smoked, marinated, and oven-baked -- definitely worth a taste. If nothing else, it makes a good story.
