Who's making the pies today? Dom DeMarco, same as every day for the last four-plus decades. Septuagenarian pizza sensei works methodically, tops pies with first-rate artisanal ingredients. Ticky-tack interior of aging clippings and stock shots of Italy belies presence of pizzaiolo genius.
