Delphine

Editorial Review

Even though it's in the W Hollywood, it's more than just a hotel restaurant. The chef's got street cred and the decor is lovely. Many rooms filled with furniture reminiscent of France, circa 1920-1950. Bar and lounge with very of-the-moment cocktails. Menu is reasonably serious, with moules frites au Pernod, cassoulet, bouillabaise and the like all on deck. Big ol' raw bar, too. That's a new thing for 2010.
