Soho House group has finally gone and done it and we thank them. The group behind two transatlantic Soho Houses and Shoreditch House has just opened a hotel in London, and it rocks. Over and above preferential members rates (for those happy few amongst us), non-members are invited too. Quaint Georgian townhouse has thirty-nine rooms fully decked out with mod cons and an all day dining room serving locally sourced British dishes. Bedrooms size spectrum is rather novel with sizes ranging from ‘broomcupboard' at 90 pounds per night, through ‘tiny' and right up to ‘bigger' at two-hundred and seventy pounds a pop. Inside rooms, be thrilled by king-size or super king-size beds and mini-bars, free wi-fi , Sony flat screen TVs with Sky plus and DVD, rainforest showers in the bathroom, not forgetting the Egyptian cotton linen. We like.
