Gourmet ramen and pork buns between trim Carroll Gardens and the, um, up-and-coming Gowanus Canal. Graffiti’d grate opens to wooded bar and dining space, decked out with funky neon lamps. Deli Ramen (chicken broth, matzoh balls, pastrami) and Mushroom Ramen (with poached egg and deep-fried seaweed) are creative staples. Pork buns with pineapple and cucumber add classic balance to steamed oyster buns. Sake aplenty, plus a cocktail program overseen by Alchemy Consulting. Signature Lucky Man blends Chartreuse and grapefruit, topped by a float of Lillet Rose.
