Williamsburg's inevitable cupcakery, run by two Polish girls who wish to "make you high on sugar." Less gauche than certain forerunners (cough, cough, Magnolia), think smaller, airier ‘cakes and tooth decay-lite cream cheese icing. Daily flavors like strawberry-studded vanilla cake swirled with whipped cream. Rotating specials of raspberry-dolloped lemon, vanilla cream-filled dark chocolate ganache. Or baker's choice: indicate only fruit, chocolate, or nuts and let her do the frosting. Light and bright shoebox also boasts a surely diabetic goldfish named Gary.
