Master Sommelier Laura Maniec drops a wine bar slash oenophilic classroom on Union Square. Wide-ranging list offers three dozen wines by the glass, a couple hundred by the bottle. Remember, pairing food will let you drink more: seasonal menu for delicacies like hamachi crudo, pappardelle with duck ragout, bone marrow and Bayley Hazen cheese.
