Editorial Review

From dinner until the late-night dining crowd sets in, Coobah is one of Wrigleyville's non-sports bars that buzzes all night. Known for its Latin-fusion dishes, late hours (the kitchen closes at midnight) and half-price bottles of wine on Wednesdays, Coobah tends to draw the beautiful and tattooed. Standout dishes include saffron squash bisque and gambas oloroso, shrimp sautéed with honey-roasted garlic. Their mojitos and sangria, from a homemade Dominican recipe, are outstanding.
