Owner Tisha Collette's mini-empire of high-end second-hand leaves its Hamptons boundaries for her same clientele’s offseason addresses. Shop swarms with cost-conscious coquettes hunting elusive Pucci, Gucci, and Christian Lacroix. (The original owners wore it once to the Met Ball and, for god's sake, wouldn't be caught dead wearing it twice).
