Big Spanish tiles that might as well have come straight off the floor of mom's kitchen; a counter lined with wood siding - true Valley chic. That being said, mom never had the sense of complete utlity that CeCe's does. Noted for a massive pancake/French toast selection by their faithful, loyal, and ravenous breakfast crowds, who're legion. Crowds come from all over, every stripe, and relish in the lack of a "scene" at CiCi's, but then again, you're in the Valley. Other kinds of plates—sandwiches, salads, pastas, etc.—but you know what (and what not) to get, here. Go on the off-hours, whatever those are.
