Shuffle into charming boutique hotel for tactful, inventive Napa Valley menu. Room is casually elegant, easy on the eyes clientele are here for work, while not working very much at all as far as we can tell. As long as they can afford hits from the wine list. Crumb-rolled crab cakes on shiitake, tender osso buco, veal and chicken. Stretch-friendly booths at up-lit white onyx bar perfect for sampling time-tested martinis.
