Down a sneaky side entrance, find this permanent pop-up (ignore, for the moment, the dissonance in that term) burger bar attached to the Haven Gastropub + Brewery. Just a few tables and banquettes--open only at lunchtime--afford you the opportunity to sink your teeth into a one-of-a-kind burger like the McCormick Alley, with aged cheddar and bacon jam, or the Kicker, with grassfed beef, habanero powder, blistered jalapenos and sour cream. Cool off your mouth with a Nutter Butter milkshake. Worth sneaking around for.
