First picked up the shears in 1977; dropped them in 1988 for the razor, which transformed the tresses industry. Uptown flagship buttoned-up older sis to Meatpacking District's lofty House of Bumble, with flashier downtown salon and shop. A couple floors below, Bb.U snipping school is ivy league, yearly turning out the smartest stylists city-wide.
