The Brooklyn Star

Editorial Review

Momofuku partner sells his share of the ramen empire to launch his own Star. Inspiration trucked up 95 from the dirrty South. Chef Joaquin Baca brings soulful cornbread, tangy ribs marinated in Dr. Pepper. Fire chased him out of his first location, but Star 2.0 is four times the size. Huge portions and ten beers on tap to accompany.
