Blind Tiger Ale House

Editorial Review

Relocated to Bleecker and didn't miss a beat, except for that whole coffee-only drag at the beginning. Big board now listing 28 drafts from homey to exotic, plus many more in bottles (on top of the cask and gravity brews). New locale brings more of an NYU crowd, though most are respectful enough of serious imbibing. Cottage feel with stone fireplace, beamed ceiling. Best appreciated in early warm weather, before apologetic barbacks close the windows to placate the neighbors. Small plates at the bar are mostly incidental, although bánh mì sandwiches have a following of their own.
