It's a ballsy move by nearby Dhaba chef-owner Shiva Natarajan to open up yet another Indian restaurant in a hood full of competitors, but hey, it's called confidence. And he has every reason to be. Bhojan distinguishes itself with its vegetarian Kosher Indian cuisine by offering up an array of street food-esque small plates, and the traditional thalis, also perfect for a table-full of salivating folk. The menu, concentrating on the Gujarat and Punjab regions of India, is one of those kind where just about everything seems order-worthy, so prepare for a return visit. With leather banquettes, exposed bricks, and copper woks hanging from the ceiling, the decor is modern without being bland.
