These dogs will hunt. Artisanal approach makes humble tube steaks suitable for Park Slope palates. Tasty meat and no wonder -- they're basted in smoked lard butter. Taut texture, lots of character, although expensive for what it is. Sides aplenty, from kraut to chili cheese to smoky baked beans. Contemporary interior: shop-class stools, high wooden counters, tiled recess with four Six Point taps for pints and growlers. Indie rock soundtrack keeps things bustling.
