Named for a mullet, although polished professional crowd sports few fashion disasters. Broad-shouldered, arched space, kind of like a mini Grand Central, except lusher. Drapes, pillows, Moorish columns. Mediterranean eats with pan-Euro range. Wood-burning taboon cranks out flatbread, pizzas, fresh fish. Power lunch your way through clay-pot lamb, or fortify for a club night with a plate of mushroom gnocchi. Come back for all-you-can-drink champagne cocktails at brunch. Barman turns out fancy cocktails after dark, too.
