Bar Umbriago

Editorial Review

Set in a River North space that resembles an Umbrian estate, this restaurant and wine bar from the Rosebud Restaurants folks serves traditional Italian dishes, like goat-cheese gnocchi and crostini with black truffles, accompanied by a varied selection of wines. The wood walls, dim lights, and Italian church tiles give the spot all the feel of an enoteca in Italy.  And it's open late, so you can stop in at 1am for their homemade gelato.
