Although the name translates to "precious," this busy Shanghainese/Taiwanese brasserie attracts an evening crowd that is short on Gollums and long on gorgeousness. Chef Joel Watanabe, whose resume includes Araxi, serves up authentic, mom-inspired Asian home cooking, like crispy pork belly, noodle soup, dumplings, steamed buns and a whole mess of terrific sides and sharing plates. And if it's cocktails you're craving, with owner/bartender extraordinaire Tannis Ling on the wood, they're guaranteed to be stellar.
