Papusas. Papusas! Diabolically tasty corn pancakes made even more awesome with chicken, cheese, pork, or bean stuffing. Plenty more on the menu to choose from, check out homemade sour cream on top of fresh corn tamales or fried sweet plantains. Big portions, low prices. Salvadoran family-run spot has an old-country vibe, with glass-topped white tablecloths and nautical art. Works equally well for homesick Central Americans and curious next-wave Williamsburgers.
