De tal palo, tal astilla. Ralph Mercado III follows in father's footsteps, revives legendary Times Square joint. Latin flavor, rhythm aplenty. Mexican and Caribbean accents in the kitchen, menu divides between "Street" (small plates like tacos and chicharrones) and "Market" (ceviche and paella). Interior inspired by Old San Juan, scene tumbles out of doors in summer. Red-hot soundtrack sets the tone for salsa dancing come 11pm.
