Named for Ava Gardner. Expansive midtown duplex spreads out over top two floors of Dream hotel. Head right out to the rooftop and soak in the incredible view of Times Square humming far below. Chillier months, duck inside the lounge for a key lime cocktail among low banquettes, tall plants, and mod wood paneling. High-design space is a maze of glitzy nooks. Crowd, like the rest of the nabe, a mixed bag of tourists and poshies.
