Steve Hanson sails the seven seas, emerges with more tropical booty than a Sean Paul video. Spin off of east side fave fills ginormous space near Lincoln Center. Lightly clubby look with marble, stainless steel, white tablecloths. Raw bar, plenty of sushi, plus some cooked stuff, too. Cedar-smoked Arctic char, poached New Zealand snapper, Atlantic halibut with orange zest. NY strips and Colorado lamb for the red meat aficionados.
