True craftsmanship awaits in the cheese cave, with over 250 global varieties, including vacherin, reblochons, and other unpronounceable delicacies. Pair the fromage with an appropriate vintage and nibble on the excellent bistro fare, really just a minor distraction from the cheese at hand. Cheese flights available with beer/wine pairings.
