First gastropub in the Slope makes for comfy neighborhood addition. Exposed brick, filament bulbs keep things warm, laidback staff keeps it chill. Rembrandt reproduction up front for a little old-world class. Burger won't have you forgetting Bonnie's, but grub is solid enough, good accompaniment for well-edited drink selection. Chicken au poivre and hanger steak, Old Speckled Hen and Captain Lawrence Pale Ale for a satisfying night in the BK.
