Views across to Time Warner, along with a sliver of Central Park. Roof retracts, so no need to panic when the weather turns nasty. Blue Ribbon Sushi rides the elevator up to deliver custom cocktail menu. Yamamomo puts a touch of the exotic on the cava and St-Germain Hummingbird. Intimate space is limited to hotel guests and the lucky few.
