One of the finest steak houses in San Francisco, 5A5 shakes off the stuffiness and gets funky, with a contemporary interior and modern accents on the menu and behind the bar. Order the steak, of course. If you're paying, we recommend the slow-roasted prime rib. If someone else is picking up the check, go for the namesake A5 Wagyu from Japan. Cocktails are an art form, so choose wisely.
