49th Parallel Roasters Cafe

Editorial Review

Suppliers to the region’s top restaurants, this roasthaus café and shop puts a face to their online boutique, teeming with beany delights, teas, books and tools. Like founders Michael and Vince Piccolo of Caffe Artigiano fame, décor is European modern with puckish hits of robin’s egg blue against skylit silver and dark chocolate. Mecca for the city’s coffee nerds, the decaffeinati will enjoy the blood orange or one of many herbal and green teas, with their wickedly popular double baked almond croissant.
