If you just got off the Lear from Cap d'Antibes and aren't quite ready for the pedestrian life. (Or more likely just off the PATH train). Plush velvet banquettes, $20+ girlie cocktails, stretch limos for winter smoking, random nepotastic celebutards. So very très très, for VIPs and pretenders alike. Mostly the latter.
