45 Park Lane

Editorial Review

London's former Playboy Club, the space has now given over to less, shall we say, salacious pleasures. This swish new Mayfair destination boasts the stylistic acumen of star designer Thierry W.Despont, with cerused mahogany and camel-hued suede lending it a vaguely masculine air. The godfather of celebrity chefs, Wolfgang Puck, makes his UK debut with the dramatic, high-ceilinged restaurant CUT. But the sexy, intimate Bar 45 (which includes a library and a private media room) is where you'll likely find Mayfair's style houds. Bushy-tailed servers not included.
