Numeral in the name hints at Roman-level decadence. Pre-theater and local crowd enjoying maple-glazed mahi mahi, lobster casserole, buttermilk fried chicken. Well-groomed young men taking your order look fresh from the modeling academy. Weekend brunch a big draw, too.
